TON (The Open Network) is a blockchain integrated with Telegram that powers crypto payments, wallets and on-chain settlement for bots and mini apps.
On Telegram, TON lets customers pay merchants directly in cryptocurrency from their Telegram wallet, with funds settled on-chain to a wallet the recipient controls — no card processor in between.
TON suits crypto-native audiences and larger or cross-border payments. Creators can also convert earned Telegram Stars into TON before moving funds to a wallet or exchange.
