Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform for managing Telegram bots, channels, mini apps, and payments (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may register using an email and password or by authenticating through Telegram.

3. The Service

The Service lets you connect Telegram bots using bot tokens issued by Telegram's BotFather, schedule and broadcast content, moderate communities, and operate mini-app storefronts that accept payments via Telegram Stars, TON, and Wallet Pay. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

4. Bot tokens & credentials

When you connect a bot you provide its token. Tokens and other secrets (such as payment-provider tokens) are stored encrypted at rest and are used solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any bot, channel, or token you connect. Revoking a token in Telegram may disable related functionality.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or malware;
  • distribute illegal content or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • violate Telegram's Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data, or disrupt its operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Payments & commissions

Storefronts may accept payments through Telegram Stars, the TON blockchain, and Wallet Pay. Payments are processed by the respective providers; settlement, refunds, and chargebacks are subject to their rules. Where you sell through the Service, a platform commission may apply to transactions as disclosed in your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your sales.

7. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (such as the number of connected bots) are enforced automatically. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion permanently removes your account and associated tenant data, including connected bots, channels, storefronts, products, and orders. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that message delivery through Telegram will always succeed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
