Security hardening — SSRF guard & impersonation boundaries
- Outgoing webhooks now run through an SSRF guard that blocks metadata, RFC1918, loopback, and link-local targets and resolves DNS to defeat rebinding.
- Admin-on-admin impersonation is blocked; impersonation and password resets are rate-limited.
- Feature flags (signups, broadcast, storefronts, crypto payments) are now enforced server-side.

Reliable outgoing webhooks with retries
- Outgoing webhooks now deliver through a BullMQ queue with up to 5 attempts and exponential backoff.
- Each delivery records its last error so you can debug failing endpoints from the developers area.
